July - August
Cuan Law is the perfect match for divers with non diving family members as the boat is very spacious and stable. Enjoy hobie cats, kayaks, water skiing, knee boarding, snorkeling, beaching and shore trips. We even have our own video theater and library on board. There's plenty of crew to keep guests of all ages amused!

During July and August kids 18 years of age and under, go half price if directly related to accompanying adults. Diving instruction and rentals are also offered at half price for the kids. All water sports include

20% OFF AND ANOTHER 10% FOR WHOLE BOAT

Every Fall trip except Thanksgiving will sail at 20% off for individual bookings and another 10% if you bring 20 people. You haven't seen prices like that since well back in the last century! The saving goes a long way towards the air fare.

Sailing Dates: Every Sunday

Free Spaces: We give one free space for every 10 booked, i.e. bring 10, pay for 9; bring 20, pay for 18. Whole boat prices reflect this discount.

Accommodations: All very spacious two person state rooms with private bath, twin or double, no bunks. All outside rooms! Fully air-conditioned, individual controls or excellent natural cooling.

Bar: Sodas and juices are free. Alcohol and wine at Bar prices or $100/week unlimited.

Inclusions:

• Six nights, seven days accommodation in two person cabins, twin or queen, with private bathroom
• Three meals per day and hors-d'oeuvres and snacks and all hot and cold non alcoholic drinks
• Use of all sporting equipment and scuba tanks, weights and snorkeling gear except as detailed below
• Instruction in water sports except as detailed below
• Help and guidance from crew including scuba

Non refundable deposit of $500 on booking. Balance must be paid 90 days before sailing date. The deposit may be made by check,, credit card, wire or PayPal. Balance by check, wire or PayPal only. 25% deposit if charter is more than six months ahead. A second deposit of 25% is due six months before the charter. If charter is less than six months ahead, the full deposit of 50% is required on booking. The final 50% payment is due 60 days before the charter. All payments are nonrefundable unless the boat is rebooked. In which case, they will be refunded less a rebooking charge. If the boat is only partially rebooked, the payment refund will be prorated. Cuan Law Fuel Surcharges

As you may already know we set our Cuan Law prices about 16 months ahead of time. For example, for 2009 we set them in October 2007. As the cost of diesel fuel is varying so much every day, we have decided that the only fair thing to do is to apply a surcharge that varies according to the actual cost of a load of diesel when we fuel up about every ten weeks.  Our base price list assumes a price of $2.50 per gallon so, provided a load of diesel is not more than that,  we will not add any surcharges.  If diesel rises above $2.50 per gallon we will have to charge $4 per person ($80 for whole boat charters) for each 10 cents rise in the price per gallon. Please note that everything we use on board is affected by the cost of fuel as everything has to be shipped to the Islands, including all our food.  So a higher fuel price  alters not only the cost of running our engines and generators, but it alters the price of all our consumables.

Charters longer than 6 nights and cruises outside the BVI, are available on request. At certain times of the year, "Cuan Law" cruises "Down Island" to the Leeward's and Windward's, and sometimes space is available on these cruises for individuals. From time to time we offer last minute special rates for specific trips. These discounts only apply to new bookings received after the discounts have been posted, and usually require payment in full at time of booking.
